Suzette refuses to offer her last name to anyone, yet she continues to harass, make delusional false accusations (she claims I killed her cat days after she laid rat bait all around her area, etc.), intimidate me in public & private areas, threaten me, my girlfriend Silvia & Steve Wyss. Thursday, December 8th 2011 Officer Canon positively identified Suzette; yet after he warned her of the law she was breaking by harassing Peter J. Helfrich, Silvia Castillo, etc., Suzette "PROMISED" to stop harassing us. She has done ANYTHING BUT THAT. She has SLANDERED Silvia Castillo PUBLICALLY at the Oasis Church & is close to being "BANNED" from being able to worship there or obtain food donations due to her repeated offenses with being downright nasty with people & lying, spreading rumors/slandering/defamation of character, filing false reports, etc.

I am enclosing video of the camper (THE ABOVE WEB LINK & BELOW VIDEO SHOWS HER BEING SERVED THE "CEASE & DESIST HARASSMENT" PAPERWORK FAR BEFORE SUZETTE DESIDED TO COUNTER FILE BEFORE her victims could obtain her last name, which was needed in order to complete the courts required information nessisary to obtain a TRO) she resides at as a means to help the law get past the legal loophole Suzette has opened by coveting her last name so she can continue terrorizing people of Pahrump who just want her to stay away from them & possibly get the mental help she needs.

Thank GOD she was insane enough to think the NYE COUNTY COURT is foolish enough to allow themselves to be a puppet to her manipulative harassment to her many victims.
